The organisation of traffic management is defined as the assignment, the interpretation, the realisation and the harmonization of the tasks, responsibilities and qualifications of the different stakeholders involved in the policy or operational aspects of traffic management. Often it is a neglected part of traffic management, but in our view a very important one. In this state of the art document (only available in Dutch) we discuss the traffic management process and the organisation of traffic information. Also incident management is described, as an important topic within traffic management, but with a specific organisational structure. The report describes all these aspects and the different stakeholders involved.
